Everyone likes to play with toys and games at Christmas, so choosing a Hello Kitty toy or game, as a Christmas present is a great idea, and a fun way to introduce Hello Kitty into your child’s life or indulge an already established love. There are hundreds of Hello Kitty toys and games out there, so here’s a run down of my top Christmas gift ideas:
The Beanie Baby phenomenon is still alive and kicking, and having gained a Hello Kitty license, the manufacturers Ty Inc have seriously gone to town with a huge range of Hello Kitty Beanie Babies available. And retailing around the $10 mark you can easily get more than one! Choose from the original Hello Kitty Beanie Baby, or get one of the many super cute themed versions such as Hello Kitty Watermelon or Green Apple Beanie Babies, or my personal favorite, the Hello Kitty Rock Chick Beanie Baby! You can also get some of the other Sanrio characters as Beanie Babies, including Badtz Maru, Keropi and My Melody.
2. Hello Kitty Monopoly and Yahtzee by USAopoly
You can’t get more traditional for Christmas games than Monopoly or Yahtzee –
perennial family favorites, and perfect for a bit of fun after Christmas dinner. So it’s great news that USAopoly has brought out special Collector’s Edition Hello Kitty versions of these family games. The Monopoly is especially collectible with the traditional silver playing tokens replaced by ones in the shape of Hello Kitty’s favorite items: a milk bottle, a fish bowl, a lunch box, a bow, a teddy, and some apples!
3. Hello Kitty Toddler’s Quad Bike and Hello Kitty Kickboard
If you want to get Christmas gifts that encourage young girls to go play outside, then these are for you. 
The Hello Kitty Quad Bike for toddlers up to aged 4 retails at around $55, so this would probably be an extra special gift, but great fun for the outdoors. Meanwhile, the Hello Kitty Kickboard, a little less expensive at around $18, is both a practical and fun aid to encourage young swimmers (nb – you can also get a matching Hello Kitty swimsuit to complete the look!).
